May 28, 2000 -- Michael Lange has joined the law firm of
Shane, Nathan, Vance & Jones as special counsel. Mr. Lange will
oversee the firm's growing Land Development Division.
Mr. Lange is a member of the Board of Directors for American Title
Company. In the early nineties he served as Vice Chairman of the Ohio
State Board of Equalization.
